Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at ArtEra. We appreciate every purchase you made and the fact that our products did grab your attention. We also want to make sure you have a rewarding experience while exploring, evaluating, and purchasing our products. As with many shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at ArtEra. We’ll be as brief as our attorneys will allow. The main thing to remember is that by placing an order or making a purchase at ArtEra, you agree to the terms set forth below along with ArtEra’s Privacy Policy.

RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICIES

If there’s something wrong with the products you bought, or if you are not happy with it, you’ll have 15-day return period, please reach out to us directly at support@artera.in to issue a return and refund to your item(s).

  • The item has to be in the same condition when you receive it. Especially unworn and unused, included tags and placed in its original packaging.
  • You need to provide the receipt of purchasing along with the item(s)’s condition at the first place when you unpack your purchasing.
  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
  • Strictly follow the instruction below.

Notes:

  • Any package which is sent back without our agreement will not be accepted and will be clarified as violating the ArtEra’s Privacy Policy and will not receive any refund.
  • Any other related requests will be under considered if needed and be replied within 48 hours.
  • It can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.


RETURNS & REFUNDS INSTRUCTIONS

1. Contact us via our email address: support@artera.in.

2. Name the subject as: [RETURN & REFUND REQUEST] (Your name)_(Quantity of items in return)

3. Receive official statement via mail from us in terms of replying to your return request.

4. Receive shipping label, pack item(s) and send back to our provided location following the instructions informed in the same email.

5. Wait for next confirmation email in which clarifies following topics.

– Verify our receipt of your returning package;

– Official statement in terms of agree or not to your refund request.

The result: We will automatically refund within 3-7 business days, once agreeing to your refund request and update you via email. Please remember to check your payment account because it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. The amount will be credited to your bank within 3-8 business days.

EXCHANGES POLICY

The fastest way is to follow the return instruction above for the item you have, and once the return is accepted, you can decide 2 following options:

  • Make a separate purchase for the new item if you’re sure that your refund request is accepted.
  • Make a separate purchase for the new item after receiving our confirmation for fully refund (or not).
